Dog carriers

Most pet owners will use a dog carrier at some point during their dog’s life. These carriers are used in the home and when traveling with their pet. Some dogs fit well in large crates and other dogs can only fit in small carriers. This is because if the carrier is too large the dog will not like to be inside and will feel unsecure. But regardless of the size of the pet there is usually a carrier that will work for traveling or home purposes.

Dog carriers for small canines are usually small plastic crates or handbags. These carriers provide a small area for a dog to sit, stand, or lay down. These carriers can also have a place for food and water to be stored.

Some dog owners choose handbags or luggage to act as a dog carrier. Small dogs fit well into handbags for easy travel. But traveling with a large dog is not as easy. They will usually need to be placed in a large crate for safety purposes.
